Our Facilities
Aluminium Anodising Line
Anodising is a process that forms a protective oxide layer on the surface of the metal through electrolytic process after being thoroughly cleaned.
It can be completed in both clear and coloured variations with the colour of your choice.
DI Water System
Our in-house deionized water system produces 4 cubic meters per hour of DI water which is one of the keys to maintaining consistent, high-quality surface finishes to the products.
All incoming water is treated with various processes before flowing in to our tanks to ensure only clean water is used in production to fulfill our stringent quality standards.
Waste Water Treatment Facility
– Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS)
As Apex is committed to sustainable and safe manufacturing practices and environmental responsibility, we installed a fully operational waste water treatment facility to ensure all waste water is being treated and tested regularly.
Through responsible water management, we will be able to uphold our responsibility to the communities in which we operate in and to provide our customers a peace of mind when it comes to environmental responsibility.
