Anodising Line

Anodising is a process that forms a protective oxide layer on the surface of the metal through electrolytic process after being thoroughly cleaned.

It can be completed in both clear and coloured variations with the colour of your choice.

DI Water System

Our in-house deionized water system produces 4 cubic meters per hour of DI water which is one of the keys to maintaining consistent, high-quality surface finishes to the products.

All incoming water is treated with various processes before flowing in to our tanks to ensure only clean water is used in production to fulfill our stringent quality standards.

Waste Water Treatment Facility
